Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every client to feel good about their engagement with Vanta Wealth. This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for our consulting and advisory services.

1. Initial Consultations

Introductory conversations are complimentary and carry no charge or obligation.

4. Hourly Engagements

Hourly work is billed in arrears for time actually worked. Refunds are not applicable, but any billing disputes should be raised within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and we will work with you in good faith to resolve them.

5. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Send a written cancellation or refund request to info@vantawealthh.com with your name, the engagement it relates to, and a brief reason. We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days and process eligible refunds within ten (10) business days to the original payment method.

6. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback so we have an opportunity to resolve any concerns directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and recovery of associated costs.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

If you experience an exceptional circumstance not covered above, contact us. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to find a fair resolution.
